Overall Breakdown: Missouri had an offense that could hang with any team in the nation and a defense that allowed only 16 per game allowing them to have a staggering +13.1 points per game average in 2010. The 2011 squad looks to be a very good team but lose 1st round draft pick Blaine Gabbert at the quarterback position. The tigers are starting the season in the top 25 and look to add to the positives of 2010 and attempt to make a BCS bowl. Miami of Ohio was a strange case in 2010. They had a spectacular season last year winning 10 games including the MAC conference title game and a bowl game versus MTSU. The odd part is that the RedHawks won 10 games despite having a -1.6 point differential. This is very unlikely to happen again and the point differential must end up in the positive for Miami of Ohio to make another bowl. Missouri should win this game but with a new quarterback for Missouri and many unknowns on the RedHawks team, you can never tell for sure.
