MURFREESBORO — Five MTSU football players and one
Oakland boys basketball player were arrested early Sunday morning after a
fight at a local nightclub.
Middle
Tennessee State University wide receiver Anthony Amos, a 22-year-old
hopeful NFL prospect, and current Blue Raider cornerback Jared
Singletary, 19, were both charged with disorderly conduct. Junior
receiver Marcus Henry, 20, was charged with disorderly conduct and both
evading and resisting arrest. Freshman offensive lineman Adam Stickel,
18, was charged with underage consumption, disorderly conduct, resisting
arrest and public intoxication.
Redshirt
freshman defensive lineman Jerrold Frazier, 19, was charged with
assaulting an officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Frazier
was recently released from the team.
