Rivals Rankings: Non-AQ Recruiting 1-49 (Update)


Rivals ranks every recruiting class according to their point system based on quality of player ranking, need of the position, and other variables. According to the signed players on this 2013 National Signing Day, here are the Non-AQ Rankings.

1. Marshall: 1245 points. Beat Boise State in total Rivals points as well as overall recruit rating (2.64 stars) and led all Non-AQ schools with three 4-star commits.
2. Boise State: 1200 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.59 stars among 22 NLI. 
3. Fresno State: 1110 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.34 stars among 29 NLI.
4. Toledo: 1080 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.35 stars among 23 NLI.
5. Brigham Young: 1065 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.31 stars among 29 commits with one 4-star recruit.
6. Tulsa: 1035 points. Tied with Southern Miss in total Rivals points and had a higher overall recruit ranking with 2.33 stars per recruit. Had fewer commits than Southern Miss (26 to 21) but had the only 4-star commi giving them the advantage. 
7. Southern Miss: 1035 points. Tied with Tulsa in total Rivals points but ranked below the Golden Hurricanes in overall recruit ranking (2.29 to 2.33 stars). Lost the tie breaker due to Tulsa's 4-star recruit. 
8. San Diego State: 975 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.35 among 23 NLI. 
9. Louisiana: 975 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.32 among 23 NLI. 
10. Louisiana Tech: 960 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.35 among 21 NLI.
11. Tulane: 945 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.27 among 22 NLI.
12. Texas State: 930 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.36 among 22 NLI.
13. Colorado State: 915 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.29 among 24 NLI.
14. Bowling Green: 900 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.13 among 23 NLI.
15. Florida Atlantic: 870 points. Overall recruit ranking of 2.14 among 22 NLI
