With the addition of Navy to the AAC for 2015, the conference now has enough teams to have a conference championship game. With that in mind, lets take a look at the AAC's top conference games heading into the 2015 season.
- East Carolina at Navy: The Midshipmen have been able to run wild on offense versus East Carolina in recent years but this is the first conference matchup between the two programs. This is also the AAC opener for Navy after so many years as an independent program.
- Cincinnati at Memphis: The Tigers absolutely crushed the Bearcats in 2014 by the score of 41-14 in route to a share of the AAC title and a 10-3 season. Cincinnati wants revenge and bring one of the most explosive offenses to Memphis for this matchup.
- Houston at UCF: If there is a team that has Houston's number, it is Central Florida. The Knights have won five of the six overall meetings with all five wins by seven or fewer points. Central Florida is on a four game winning streak in the series.
- UCF at Cincinnati: A much anticipated game, this is the first meeting between Central Florid and Cincinnati. It should be an interesting matchup as UCF is one of the best defenses in the nation and Cincinnati is one of the best offenses.
- Cincinnati at Houston: The Bearcats have defeated Houston in each of the last two years by a touchdown, keeping the Cougars from sharing a conference title. Houston, under a new head coach, look to beat Cincinnati for the first time since 1999.
- Navy at Memphis: This is the first meeting between the two programs with Memphis looking to prove last season was not a fluke. Navy, with record setting quarterback Keenan Reynolds, wants a conference title in year one.
- Memphis at Houston: After a 28-24 game that came down to the wire in favor of Houston, this game is expected to be one of the best in 2015 for the AAC. The Tigers and Cougars have played 23 times dating back to 1963.
- East Carolina at UCF: A wild game that ended with a Hail Mary completion saw UCF defeat East Carolina in 2014. The Pirates want revenge and to turn the tables on the Knights this fall with a division title.
- Navy at Houston: After meeting only one all time in the 1980 Garden State Bowl, a 35-0 win for Houston, the Cougars and Midshipmen are new conference foes. Expect to see a lot of running the football with both teams hoping to be in contention for a conference title this late in the season.
- Cincinnati at East Carolina: A rematch of one of the wilder games of the 2014 season, Cincinnati is coming into this game with a four game winning streak in the overall series. The two teams played every year except 1996 from 1986-2004 and in the AAC, the rivalry continues.
