via ESPN:
Boise State starting safety Cedric Febis has been reinstated by the NCAA after resolving questions about his eligibility, the school announced Thursday.
The team learned late Wednesday that Febis had been cleared, and he was with the team on its flight to Toledo for its game Friday night.
Boise State officials held Febis out of the team's season opener against Georgia on Sept. 3 because of the eligibility questions.
Though he missed the game, Febis has been able to practice with the team the past two weeks.
Meanwhile, there is no clarity on the status of receiver Geraldo Boldewijn and defensive tackle Ricky Tjong-A-Tjoe. They also were held out of the Georgia game because of eligibility questions and have yet to be reinstated.
All three players are of Dutch descent.
