Western Michigan versus Connecticut Preview

Western Michigan at Connecticut—Western Michigan is 2-2 to start the season with losses to Illinois and Michigan. The Illinois game was a show of just how much the Broncos have improved with WMU losing a very tight game to a nationally ranked opponent. The Broncos are putting up 257 yards per game in the air while churning out a small 107.8 yards per game on the ground. The defense is giving up under 20 points per game while the offense is putting in just over 28 points per game. UConn is struggling to find its way after making a BCS bowl appearance in 2010 then losing their coach to Maryland. The Huskies are putting up 194 passing yards and 121.8 rushing yards per game. The defense is strong with the 13th ranked scoring defense at 13.5 points per game. WMU struggles to put up point versus this top shelf defense but gets just enough to pull the semi upset.
