Idaho, a brief look

Idaho (2-10, 1-6)--In a season that saw Fresno State and Hawaii both down, Idaho could not capitalize and saw their season go up in flames rather easily. The Vandals struggled offensively with the 88th best passing game and the 102nd best rushing game in the country. Idaho was outscored by 13 points per game but were unlucky on some occasions. The Vandals lost 2 overtime games and lost to Hawaii by only 3 points. Idaho just needs some playmakers to step up and show that they are ready to play at the Division 1 level. With the loss of Fresno, Hawaii, and Nevada to the MWC, this conference is anyone’s for the taking. Even with those factors in Idaho’s favor, don’t look for Idaho to make a significant improvement in 2012.
