Memphis (2-10, 1-7)—Memphis was happy to see their 2011 season end as the Tigers only won 2 games with 1 coming against I-AA opponent Austin Peay. The Tigers were in the bottom 20 statistically in rushing yards, scoring offense, and scoring defense. Memphis was as high as 85th in passing offense but it was not enough to account for the rest. The Tigers gave up over 40 points in 6 of 12 possible games in 2011. The biggest loss was DT Dontari Poe who declared for the NFL draft. Things can only go up from there and the Tigers should be somewhat more competitive in 2012.
