South Alabama heads into the final days of recruiting with the 80th ranked class in the nation, ranking them third in the Sun Belt behind Louisiana and Arkansas State. The Jaguars have players coming in from seven states, including 8 in-state prospects as well as a combined 8 from Florida, Georgia and Mississippi.
The Jaguars had an up and down season in 2014 punctuated by a berth in the Raycom Media Camellia Bowl, a 33-28 loss to Bowling Green State University. South Alabama ended the season 6-7 after starting an impressive 5-2 before losing 5 of their final 6 games of the season. USA looks to build upon their first bowl game and make competing for Sun Belt titles and bowl berths a yearly endeavor.
