Overall Breakdown: Cal Poly had a disappointing season in 2010 only winning 7 games and not making it to the 16 team D-II playoffs. Their only shot at one of the big boys was a road game at Fresno State that they were never really in and ended up losing 38-17. San Diego State had a really nice 2010 season and never lost a game by more than 4 points (2 four point losses and 2 3 point losses). The Aztecs have their QB and RB back for an offense that could move the ball on nearly anyone as evidenced by scoring at least 21 points in every game last season. This game should and will not be close as the talent gap is just too much to overcome for the Mustangs of Cal Poly.
