Overall Breakdown: In a matchup between two teams that struggled mightily in 2010, you have to assume that the D-I team will beat the D-II team nearly every time. Southeastern Louisiana had a rough 2010 only winning 2 games but on the positive side, they were mostly competitive and lost 6 games by 7 points or fewer.
