Overall Breakdown: In a matchup between two teams that struggled mightily in 2010, you have to assume that the D-I team will beat the D-II team nearly every time. Southeastern Louisiana had a rough 2010 only winning 2 games but on the positive side, they were mostly competitive and lost 6 games by 7 points or fewer. Tulane pulled out 4 wins in 2010 but were largely non competitive in their losses losing by an average score of 42.3-20.9. Losing 8 games by a average of 22 points did not give the administration much confidence and the coaching staff is on the hot seat in 2011. Overall, the Green Wave of Tulane should win this matchup but 2011 was only a 6 point game that hinged on a 4th quarter turnover leading to the game winning touchdown.
