Overall Breakdown: Charleston Southern is the sacrificial lamb that opens the UCF season in 2011. Charleston Southern won 3 games in 2010 and losing 66-7 and 49-21 in their two D-I matchups last season. They had a train wreck defense that gave up over 40 points per game including 66-7 and 70-3 losses. Central Florida had an impressive 2010 winning Conference USA and beating a solid SEC squad in the Liberty Bowl. The balanced attack should give fits to the Buccaneers and will probably go the way of the UK and Hawaii games for them in 2010. Expect UCF to boat race the Bucs and this one cold get very ugly very fast in Orlando.
