Buffalo, a brief look
Buffalo (3-9, 2-6)--Buffalo has struggled since Turner Gill left for Kansas and 2011 was no exception. The Bulls did pull an impressive upset over Ohio who seem to have a tendency of losing to inferior opponents. 7 of their 9 losses were by double digits and many got well out of hand. The Bulls have decided to shore up their defensive woes and hired former Illinois head coach Lou Tepper as their defensive coordinator. The Bulls picked up 20 signees in February including 3 quarterbacks which could make for an interesting quarterback battle in the upcoming years. It does not look like Buffalo is ready to compete at a high lever yet but with a young nucleus and a very strong new defensive coordinator, the Bulls could surprise some people in 2012.
