New Mexico State, a brief look

New Mexico State (4-9, 2-5)--The Aggies of New Mexico State couldn't make the big plays at the right time in 2011 finishing with a losing record and no bowl game. The Aggies were very successful in the passing game with just over 273 yards per game in the air but could only muster 125 yards per game on the ground. New Mexico State was outscored by just over 12 points per game with a defense that gave up nearly 37 points per game.  The defense must improve by leaps and bounds for NMSU to have a chance to go bowling in 2012.
