The Fresno State Bulldogs enter their second year in the Mountain West Conference and go with a lighter non-conference schedule than in previous seasons. The Bulldogs face Rutgers and Cal Poly at home while traveling to Colorado and Idaho. Fresno plays a tougher conference schedule with Boise, Nevada, San Diego State, and San Jose State among others. The Bulldogs face a total of 5 bowl teams from 2012.
