WAC teams and bowl tie-ins:

• Fresno State (8-5) Lost to NIU in the Humanitarian Bowl, 40-17.
• Hawaii (10-5) Lost to Tulsa in the Hawaii Bowl, 62-35.
• Idaho (6-7)
• Louisiana Tech (5-7)
• Nevada (13-1) Beat Boston College in the Fight Hunger Bowl, 20-13.
• New Mexico State (2-10)
• San Jose State (1-12)
• Utah State (4-8)

Bowl Tie-Ins:

• Humanitarian Bowl--Versus MAC.
• Poinsettia Bowl--Versus MWC.
• Hawaii Bowl--Versus Conference USA.

The 3 bowl tie-ins are pretty reasonable as the WAC is looked at as lower than the MWC. They do not get the chance to play any big 6 schools unless circumstances change. The next few years can make or break the coneference as a bowl player.
