PM Colorado State at Air Force:
This
is a Mountain West Conference matchup between the Colorado State Rams and the
Air Force Falcons. This is a matchup between two teams that are struggling
big-time and need wins. Air Force has lost their last two games after
forgetting how to tackle in giving up 31 and 38 points in the two recent
losses. The running game is there like always but until the defensive
deficiencies are addressed, the Falcons will struggle. Colorado State started
the season great with a win over Colorado in the season opener but have
struggled to three straight losses with all three being by double digits. The
low point was a 22-7 loss to FCS defending champion North Dakota State in which
NDSU imposed their will on the Rams for the entire game. This is the 51st
overall meeting between the two schools with Air Force holding a 30-19-1
overall series lead. The Air Force Falcons are the better team and should be
able to take care of Colorado State as long as the defensive issues have been
addressed. Expect Air Force to struggle once again but just outscore the Rams.
