Week 5 Preview: Idaho versus North Carolina

This is a matchup between the Idaho Vandals of the Western Athletic Conference and North Carolina of the ACC. Idaho is 0-4 but came very close to pulling an upset win over Wyoming last week falling in overtime to the Cowboys 40-37. The Vandals are being outscored by nearly 20 points per game and have one of the three worst rushing attacks in the country after 4 games. The North Carolina Tar Heels enter at 2-2 and rely on a pass heavy attack that scores 37 points per game allowing the Tar Heels to outscore opponents by nearly 19 points per game. This is the first meeting between the two schools. This are very few scenarios that see the Vandals hanging in with an explosive offense of North Carolina that puts up on average 37 points per game, which happens to be the season high for a single game for Idaho. Expect UNC to cruise to a victory in dominant fashion. North Carolina 37-7.
