The Idaho Vandals are coming off of a disastrous season on and off the field in which they went 1-11 on the field and lost players, coaches, and even a conference off the field. As a newly minted independent, the Vandals are forced this season to play a schedule way out of their pay grade with trips to Arkansas State, Ole Miss, Washington State, and Florida State among others. The Vandals face Northern Illinois, Frenso State, and Texas State among others at home. Overall, the Vandals face 5 bowl teams from 2012 including three separate conference champions (NIU-MAC, ASU-Sun Belt, FSU-ACC). Anything more than 4 wins would be a huge win for the Vandals in 2013.
