After making a bowl game again in 2012 behind the play of true freshman quarterback Keenan Reynolds, the Naval Academy is back on the upswing. The Midshipmen have a difficult but manageable schedule this fall with 7 opponents making bowls in 2012. The Midshipmen start on the road versus a very much improved Indiana squad with a trip to WKU and a rivalry game versus Air Force before they even get to Columbus Day. The Midshipmen face an early to midseason stretch with 6 straight games versus 2012 bowl teams capped by an early November trip to South Bend to face Notre Dame. Navy has a tough Thanksgiving week game versus San Jose State and a huge rivalry game versus Army to end the season. The Midshipmen will have to work very hard for 6 wins in 2013.
