Army at Ball State—Behind the 2nd ranked rushing offense in the country, Army is 1-2 win a big win over Northwestern going into week 4. The Black Knights have ran the ball at will on every opponent on the schedule but turnovers led them to this 1-2 start. Things changed with a win over 2010 bowl team Northwestern 21-14 leading them into a matchup with MAC foe Ball State. After getting a neutral site win over Indiana and getting manhandled by a very good South Florida squad, the Cardinals got back on track with a 28-205 win over Buffalo giving them a 2-1 record with Army visiting in week 4. Statistically, the Cardinals are in the bottom 1/3 in passing yards, points scored average, and points allowed average. The Cardinals have been stout versus the run in all three games but have not met a rushing attack like the option attack of Army football. The Cardinals will not be able to slow down the Black Knights enough to win this game. Army 34-21.
