Cal Poly at Northern Illinois—Cal Poly is a solid I-AA team with a 1-2 record and losses to San Diego State and Montana with a win over South Dakota State. The Mustangs have put up at least 21 points per game in all three contests with a high of 48 versus South Dakota State. Northern Illinois is reeling after losing 2 straight games including a 45-42 loss to Kansas and a 49-7 demolition versus Wisconsin. The offense has been pretty good with quarterback Chandler Harnish averaging over 200 yards per game in the air. The defense is having a rough start to the season giving up 40 points per game good for 111^th in the country. With the conference schedule coming up, the Huskies need to get this victory and move to 2-2. The Huskies are the more talented team and should dominate play but still struggle defensively.
