Connecticut versus Buffalo Preview

Connecticut at Buffalo—The reigning Big East champs are reeling with a 2 game losing streak following an opening win over Fordham. The Huskies lost to Vanderbilt and then to Iowa State putting them in a hole with conference play right around the corner. Connecticut is average offensively being in the mid 70s and 80s nationally in passing and rushing offense as well as scoring offense. The scoring defense is in the top 35 with only 17 points scored per game. Buffalo is coming into this matchup with an equal 1-2 record and needing a win as well. The Bulls could not handle the offensive attack of Pitt in game 1 or Ball State in week 3. With Tennessee coming up on October 1st, the Bulls need this win. It will be a close matchup but UConn has more weapons and should win this game. UCONN 27-21.
