Thanks for your views of my blog/website. I want to make it a viable website with looks at teams, conferences, recruiting, etc. To do so, I ask two things of you.
1. Refer the website. Let other people know that you like it or what content is there. Hopefully word of mouth can get it started.
2. Click on the ads occasionally. I know, I hate them too but they are the only way for me to make money off this that I can put back into the website and build a real nice website that will be more than a blog.
